An outstanding opportunity has arisen for the right individual to join the accounts and audit team as a senior accountant. within a leading, prestigious firm based in East London.

To carry out all areas of accounting duties with full knowledge of Sage 50 – purchase ledger, sales ledger, CIS and RCV. Credit control experience would be preferred but not essential. To follow the Company’s policies and procedures and work within our standards and rules. To work alongside the Accounts team and support the Office Manager when required. Must be self-motivated and pro-active.

The role will entail preparation and filing of VAT returns, some bookkeeping for companies, partnerships and sole trader clients, whilst also responding to client queries.

This vacancy holds the responsibility of using SAGE 50 Cloud & Payroll V28. It also deals with daily receipts payments and cash management report to the manager of the firm.
